Leave the A38/Plymouth taking the exit towards City Centre. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Plymouth Rd/B3416. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Strode Rd/B3417. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Newnham Rd/B3417. Turn right onto Bell Close and then take the 1st left.
